My thinking is the highest priority for fish that are to be released should be the health of the fish. I am very much against "hero shots". Even if the fish is only out of the water for a few seconds these types of pics might set a bad example for others that don't know better.

That being said I know not everyone agrees with my personal beliefs on this subject, and I will not ban anyone for posting a pic of a fish that's to be released that's out of the water. I believe we are all responsible anglers that should treat the resource as our highest priority. I am not going to become the picture police.

Time to add another picture and keep this going , with over 10,000 views , let's see a few more old Hardys or DIngleys ,


A few tools of the trade for the day , some classics reels 1912 check Hardy and even one of good ol Stan's reels , and the rods , well of course would be some Meisers , Burkies , even my fishing bud Lee brown had to have that green Winston stick in the group , it made the cut for the day , he loves that green stick with a skagit head on it
