If you guys have Cotol-240 that has turned to jelly the cure is to shake the bottle vigorously for several (usually a long time). In the shop I have lots of this stuff in stock and the fact that it jellies after a short time has been a constant pain in the ass over the years.

Well today I had several bottles that had turned to jelly and I was short of time so we decided we needed something like a paint shaker. I turns out a vibratory brass polisher works very well for this job.
