Thanks for looking. 

I used polar bear as the underwing....somehow using polar bear gives me more confidence that it will hunt. 

Its meant for dirty water.

I agree, great colors for dirty water.

How bulky is it when wet and swinging? Seems like the ostrich herl would slim down nicely in the water.

Yes you are right, the fly slims down when wet - see "wet" pic below. The tapered wing helps it swim even in slow currents. The movement on these flies is really remarkable, I really enjoy fishing them.

Oh man, now that is yummy! Not just the colors, but the sheen and translucency. Superb!
