Looking to replace an S.A. Scandi Extreme and curious to know how the Beulah line compares. On paper at  least, the taper and weights seem fairly similar. Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks.

I have the Elixir in several weights. It casts well and seems to have a bit more finesse than an Airflo Compact Scandi.

Hi Jason, what combination of line/rod are you using? Thanks -- AJ

Burkie 7127-4 and a 450gr (436 actual weight) Elixir. Burkie 7134-4 and a 520.  I've come to prefer a 480 AF Comp Scandi for the 7134 but the Elixir cast very nicely on that rod.
