Hey there. Just wondering how the Clearwater fishes (strictly swinging flies) in very early April. It may not even be open for all I know. I am trying to find a good place for swinging other than the OP, which is where I may end up anyway. Thanks, anyone . . .

Most any fishing you see happening in April on the Clearwater is pure harassment of spawning fish. You need to go to the coast for anything fresh.
